MixByMas is the sole proprietorship of Thomas Houët, based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. I am responsible for the data described below. If you have a question about this privacy policy, or want to know what I've recorded about you, send me a message via the contact form on this website.
For visitor statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool works without cookies and without letting me identify you as an individual visitor: I only see general, anonymised figures about how many people visit the site and which pages they view.
I only use your data to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree on a project together, to keep that collaboration running smoothly — think of sending files, coordinating revisions, and drawing up an invoice. To send email from the contact form, I use Resend, a technical service that delivers the email on my behalf. This party sees the content of your message, but never uses it for anything other than delivering it to me. I never use your data for marketing you haven't explicitly agreed to, and I never sell your data to third parties.
If you fill in the contact form but it doesn't lead to a project, I keep your message for a maximum of 12 months and then delete it. If we do work together, I keep the data related to the invoice for as long as the law requires — for the Dutch Tax Authority, that's 7 years. Other project data, such as delivered audio, I keep for up to 12 months after the project is completed. If you'd like me to delete your data sooner, that can be arranged.
You have the right to view, correct, or have deleted the data I hold about you. You may also ask me to restrict the use of your data, or object to that use. Would you like to receive your data in a structured file to take elsewhere? That's possible too (this is called "data portability"). For any of these requests, just send me a message via the contact form on this website.
